Item Condition

We offer an array of new and used products. The exact condition of each item is outlined in the product description. If you have any questions or concerns regarding condition, please reach out to us before purchasing.

Garment Sizing

When dealing with vintage clothing, often the tag size does not correspond to the true size of the garment. To help you with this, detailed measurements are included under each listing.

Order Issues & Refunds: 

All items sold at Working Order Inc. are FINAL SALE.

If there is an issue with your order please email info@working-order.com and include your order number along with the issue. We will do everything possible to make it right. *Please note that sizing is not reasonable grounds for a return as measurements are provided for all garments*

Lost/Stolen Packages

Working Order is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If your package was lost, please notify us immediately so we can place a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. 

Offers & Discounts

If you would like to make an offer on one or more of our items, contact us via email or instagram, @shopworkingorder. We are more than happy to try and work something out with you and create bundle deals if you're interested in more than one item. We also encourage you to sign up for our newsletter where site-wide discounts will be periodically offered. 

Buying?

If you have item(s) that you are looking to let go of we are always interested! Please send us an email at info@working-order.com or DM on instagram @shopworkingorder with the following: Images of the item, condition, size, and desired price and we'll get back to you.

Authenticity

All items offered for sale at Working Order have been thoroughly checked for authenticity by trained and trustworthy eyes and are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. 

Chargebacks & Fraud

Unfortunately from past experiences, we are aware of the threat of chargebacks and fraudulent orders. Please note that we take this issue very seriously and if a fraudulent order attempt is made, your order will be promptly cancelled and your information will be forwarded to your local authorities with potential for further legal action.
