Renewed Vision, Cost Effective Solution

Client Description
Client was experiencing depression and could not put her finger on the source of the problem. "I was feeling 'stuck,' unable to move, make decisions or figure where to start with what was bothering me so deeply," said this wife, mother and marketing executive. "I felt miserable each time I walked into my home office or my master bath."

Challenge
Enable the client to discover the source of her anxiety and depression in non-judgemental fashion. Find cost effective solutions activating clients' creativity and hands-on functions.

Insight
"Familiarity breeds contempt" for a reason. Surrounded by other people's colors and our own insecurities, we frequently clutter our space with cast-offs, compromises and fractured fashions. Client was suffering from misplaced priorities, lack of focus and depressing surroundings.

Solution/Results
During a four-hour in-home visit by Working Order and follow-up phone and email guidance, client was coached to reveal what was bothering her. She was greatly upset about two rooms in her house - her master bathroom and her home office space, both of which were dark, gloomy and impersonal. Her anxiety was severe when she entered either of these rooms. The solution she discovered was a renewed vision of the two rooms and their impact on her life. She found her focus, determined her vision of the space, commenced painting - and took her house off the market!!

Client Comment
"I am so delighted and relieved that I don't have to go through the upheaval of an expensive anxiety-filled move. I needed someone who listened carefully…this was an answer to prayer…she was an angel."
