Client Description
Sales Manager and Staff -- Electronic Media Fortune 500 Company

Challenge
Manager and staff faced high turnover ratio, constant chaos, major morale issues, and substandard performance ratios. Management and staff were unclear about policies, procedures, systems and expectations.

Insight
File systems throughout the organization were inefficient for all involved, creating stacks of 'unknown' papers. Chaos caused a severe lack of client "face time" resulting in low profits for company and small commission checks for the sales staff.

Solutions/Results
Working Order led the analysis of all systems and procedures as well as evaluation of priorities and values. Following twelve consultation and organization sessions with individual staff, a program of immediate, short term and long term recommendations were presented. Immediate recommendations were activated. Short term recommendations are in process and long term recommendations are pending management's final approval and funding.

Activated items have reduced administration time and increased 'face time' substantially.
