Freedom from Chaos

Client Description
Director of Special Accounts, International Tool Company -- California

Challenge
Client had papers piled high on their desk and the floor, was 'numb' to the stacks and frozen with overwhelm. Reference material was mixed with action documents.

Insight
Client's sense of guilt for missed opportunities and deadlines was pervasive. ADD symptoms including confusion were obvious.

Solutions/Results
Working Order created client ordered file system separating files by function. Desktop and work areas were cleared and all items scheduled for action or filed. Client's work hours were scheduled and regulated - allowing client freedom from chaos and excessive decision-making. Tasks, schedule and documentation were integrated and coordinated leaving client free to function.

Client Comment
"It's like Pavlov's Dog - I always know where my calendar and task lists are now because they're always where I agreed to put them. I feel so in-control of my work and my life."
