Financial Advisor Goes Independent - More Time for Family
Client Description
Ohio Chartered Financial Advisor -- Fortune 100 Company
Challenge
Client was overstressed, dissatisfied with work requirements and regimented environment, yearning to "go independent," but unable to envision sustainable systems and resultant stability. An office move from months earlier was not completed, with documents in two locations.
Insight
All file drawers could have been labeled 'miscellaneous.' Lack of purging and archiving reflected years of file neglect. Client's entire contact list was in his head, an admirable feat but not effective use of space.
Solutions/Results
Working Order trained and coached the client through organization and integration of paper documentation, electronic communication, time management and prioritization enabling client to "go independent," increasing his income and time available for family activities.
Client Comment
"This has been a great change in my life and I know I'm now on the right track."
