HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE to get organized?
Getting your life or work organized can be a journey, a process. It can take place over many weeks or months, or sometimes it's a one day jump start for a certain area of your life or business.
How will I know when I have COMPLETED THE PROCESS?
For some people, it is at the completion of the task. For others, it is when they find a new level of peace.
My life feels completely OUT OF CONTROL. Where do we begin?
Many of our clients tell us they feel "ready to explode," on a daily basis. This is a piece that needs to be eliminated if they are to survive as humans and in business...We take one piece at a time, beginning with the area causing you the most pain. From there, we build on your successes, moving on to improving other areas.
Does Working Order help persons with ADD, ADHD, or CHRONIC DISORGANIZATION organize their home and /or office?
We are very sensitive to these difficulties and have proven methods to work with them. The majority of our clients have mild to severe ADD symptoms, so we focus much of our research and work in this area.
I need CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION organized; How can I be sure you are trustworthy?
Like therapists, we consider all of your information confidential, including your name. Our policy (unless we have specific permission or direction from you to do otherwise) is to keep everything about our work 100% confidential. Additionally, we will provide a signed confidentiality agreement. We have been in business for 15 years and consider our reputation and the reputation of each client to be of the utmost value.
FEES - How does Working Order charge for services?
Generally, we charge by the hour and fees are dependent on the organizer's level of specialty. Our fees range from $35 per hour for assistants, and $50 to $135 hourly for organizers / consultants. Some types of jobs are best done on a day rate or fee basis, which we would determine in our consultation. Our clients consistently praise us for saving more than we cost.
Do you provide FOLLOW-UP service?
Yes, we find many of our clients desire and benefit from check-ins and/or ongoing coaching. The need for this is often dependent on the scope of the job.
How can I FIND THINGS after Working Order has "organized" me?
Working Order will not "organize" you. We will work with you to find the system(s) that works best for your needs. Nothing is created or changed without the organizer and the client in full agreement.
I am VERY BUSY. Do you need my time or attention to get me organized?
Absolutely! If we do it 'our way', it is not likely to be 'your way', or to truly fit your functional and emotional needs. This is not really time away from your work - this IS your work. We will be processing your 'stuff' as we go, and you will complete a large amount of your priorities.
When I get organized, will I always be NEAT? And will I LOSE MY CREATIVE EDGE?
Neatness and organization are not the same thing. When we put together this website, we had paper everywhere - even stuck to walls beyond the bulletin boards. Things were flying - we were in full creative mode! Become the artist! Increase your creativity! When you come out of creative mode, you will know where everything goes, so you have order for the next thing in your life.
